Before becoming a headteacher of an international school, Claire worked as a senior leader, a head of English and an advanced skills teacher at an outstanding all-boys school in east London. 

She brings with her a robust and practical understanding of education in the classroom, and a wealth of strategic leadership experience of U.K. and international schools. She has worked as a school inspector in both international and U.K.



schools. She has a background in leading schools through accreditation. Claire also has expertise in school governance, governing and chairing schools in the UK and overseas. She has shared her doctoral research of international schools at numerous conferences for headteachers and school leaders. Experienced in educational leadership in both the UK and internationally, she now brings her knowledge to support, advise and mentor school leaders.
