Coach Scott R. Martin is a Third Culture Kid (TCK) raised between Tanzania and Kenya, with 25+ years in international education as teacher, counselor, secondary school principal (Mountainview International Christian School, Salatiga, Indonesia), and Director of University Admissions at Anderson University, where he led 400% enrollment growth. Trilingual in English, Swahili, and Indonesian, he founded Global Student Solutions (GSS) to serve internationally mobile families and small international schools (under 500 students) across Africa, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
Coach specializes in the high-stakes transition from international secondary education to higher education or skilled training in a new country. Through the MC³ (My Career & College Coach) program that has helped students find university destinations in hundreds of different colleges/univiersitis in dozens of countries around the world.
